Having a solid understanding of crucial business data is imperative in achieving optimal
business performance. I can teach managers, (new, or tenured), what to look for when
faced with a business decision. For example, if a manager was faced with a decision to
purchase the product line of another business, I will have given the manager the necessary
tools to analyze the financial statements in order to provide a strategic decision.
